Domino's Franchise Group Set for Success after completing ILM Management Qualification

Six store managers from Essex based franchise, Vision 10 can confidently say that they are now more effective managers after completing the ILM Management NVQ Level 3 with The Vocational College, a national training provider and ILM approved centre

The group were part of a unique initiative, which encompassed fellow Domino’s colleagues in two other regions – Leeds/Bradford/Wakefield and Southampton/Portsmouth, and which was designed to complement the technical training all franchisees undertake as part of their operational development.

Franchisee, Paul Ashurst said:

"Taking this ILM qualification has been a fantastic opportunity for the organisation. It has really boosted the confidence of our managers and provided them with the skills needed to become more effective in their jobs, which is particularly important in these difficult times when good leadership abilities are vital. We definitely feel more focused and hope to build on our newly acquired skills by taking them back with us into the workplace."
