In May 2011, over 60 participants from La Junta de Beneficencia, Ecuador’s largest social & community employer, completed TVC’s flagship Management Development programme – The Crestcom Bullet Proof Manager ®.

Guest of Honour at the inaugural graduation event, hosted by the organisations’ principal, Werner Moeller, was ILM Fellow and TVC Head of Programmes, Frank Audoire who presented their ILM certificates, assisted by Crestcom Licensee & TVC Approved Partner, Marcelo Bueno, Werner Moeller and other senior executives.
