College Horticulture students oversee the planting of a British Elm Tree

Young learners from Bidston Primary School, ably assisted by the Lord Mayor of Wallasey, planted a British Elm tree in the school grounds as part of the Great British Elm Experiment, which seeks to plant four million Elm Trees accross the country to replace those destroyed by Dutch Elm disease over thirty years ago.
