We provide training and support to help you get a job or qualifications. We arrange placements and work experience to give you the skills and confidence to prepare you.
Learner information will be collected through a range of different methods including numeracy and literacy and personal and social development assessment.
There is a 1 week initial assessment process which is a starting point to your own learning program.
It is an assessment to help us identify in detail what you want out of the course and enables us to help you achieve it.
It helps you to understand exactly where you are now and what is required of you to reach your desired goal. All these details are recorded in your individual learning plan.
Learners who enter E2E on sports and occasionally other courses and who will be in posts that involve working with children or vulnerable adults will have a standard CRB check done.
The standard checks contain details of all convictions held on the Police National Computer. This is a compulsory document.
As our learners will never be in sole charge of children or vulnerable adults it is unlikely that an enhanced check will be necessary.
We have regular day trips that you can help to organise. Day trips help you to demonstrate your ability to work as a team, and be responsible.
