Learners Process

Learner information will be collected through a range of different methods including numeracy and literacy and personal and social development assessment.

There is a 1 week initial assessment process which is a starting point to your own learning program.
It is an assessment to help us identify in detail what you want out of the course and enables us to help you achieve it.
It helps you to understand exactly where you are now and what is required of you to reach your desired goal. All these details are recorded in your individual learning plan.

  • The course lasts for upto 26 weeks but may be longer if needed.
  • You will be supported at every level of your trainingfrom entry right through to progression and aftercare.
  • Training takes place in a range of settings From Construction Centres to Sports halls which stimulate learners to learn.
  • Different learning styles and interests ensure that creative learning solutions can be developed.
  • One to one coaching,group activities projects,onlin
  • E-learning and work placement visits are some of our different methods of teaching.

CRB

Learners who enter E2E on sports and occasionally other courses and who will be in posts that involve working with children or vulnerable adults will have a standard CRB check done.

The standard checks contain details of all convictions held on the Police National Computer.  This is a compulsory document.
As our learners will never be in sole charge of children or vulnerable adults it is unlikely that an enhanced check will be necessary.

  • The CRB check will only be done once a placement is available which requires CRB, during their college course.
