Any 2 from the following list:

  • Certificate in Fitness Instruction
  • Certificate in Teaching Swimming
  • Certificate For NARS Pool Lifeguard
  • Certificate for NARS Pool Attendant
  • Certificate for NARS Poolside helper
  • Certificate in Coaching Studies
  • Any Approved Health and Safety Executive First Aid at Work or Appointed Persons Certificate
  • IQL Level 2 National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (38 hrs)
  • Chartered Institute of Environmental Health – Basic Health and Safety Certificate (6 hours)
  • CSLA
  • Other industry skills courses may be available speak to your assessor for details.

Remember all four sections of your programme must be completed for you to achieve your APPRENTICESHIP

The Operational Services apprenticeship is a work based learning programme that runs for up to 14 months and requires learners to attend for 30 hours per week. These hours are covered through a combination of work placement and In-house training, with training days/shifts flexible to suit the placement provider.
